At CloudGarden Store, we take great care in packaging and dispatching our products. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect or incomplete
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
- Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
